Description
The Lock Up has a locking centre joint and a curved mouthpiece that remove the nutcracker action of a single jointed snaffle, so there’s less pressure on the bars. The mouthpiece can’t bend past a set point, so it stays curved in the mouth rather than forming a V that could rub the palate. The 2½ ring cheek adds poll pressure and leverage, and is the softest of the ring bits.
