Description
The Bombers Snaffle mouthpiece is curved to spread pressure more evenly over the tongue and bars, and the offset centre link reduces nutcracker action and pressure points on the tongue. As with a Pelham, the Kimblewick’s action depends on hand position. With lowered hands the rein slides down the Dee and the bit tilts to about 45°, adding downward pressure on the lower jaw and poll for a lowering action.
